Registration FAQ's

I don't have a Registration Code
Your registration code can be found on the visitor invite you may have received or at the top of any visitor invitation email you receive. 

If you have not received an invite or an email, please leave the registration code box blank.

I've forgotten if I've already registered
If you are unsure if you have already registered to attend Intermodal Europe - please call the visitor hotline on +44 (020) 701 6366

I'd like to register my colleagues
Our new multi-visitor registration allows you to do so. When registering yourself you will be asked whether you would like to register your colleagues - we highly recommend that registration is completed beforehand online as this will save you valuable time at the show.

I'm not sure if my registration has been completed
At the end of a registration a confirmation will appear on screen - if this doesn't appear the registration has not been completed.  Please hit the GO BACK button and register again - your details will remain in the form and will not need to be re-keyed.

I need to amend my details
If you wish to update your details at any time please call the visitor hotline on +44 (020) 701 6366 or email us with the changes you would like to make. Alternatively you can shange your badge details onsite at the show.

When will I receive my badge?
Your badge will be mailed to you about two weeks prior to the event - if for any reason your badge does not arrive, a copy can be printed onsite, simply present yourself to the registration desk at the entrance of the exhibition.

Can I also attend the Intermodal Europe conference?
Yes, you may attend any of the conference sessions for free.
