What is Intermodal Asia?

Intermodal Asia is the event that is bringing the global container and logistics industry's biggest names to the heart of the container shipping industry, Asia. Following on from over 30 years of Intermodal Europe success, the event is now launching in Shanghai in order to bring even more of the industry together. The event is the climax of Asia Shipping Week and comprises of a free-to-attend conference with over 40 sessions with industry experts and also an exhibition hosting over 100 of the biggest names in the industry. 

What is Asia Shipping Week?

Asian Container Shipping Week includes an extensive programme of events, commencing on Sunday 30 March with the Container Owners Association (COA) Golf Day and evening Networking drinks, followed by the COA’s 14th General on Monday 31 March.  

How do I register?

All you need to do is follow any of the links throughout the wesbite or simply click here. You will then receive a confirmation email that will also have your badge attached. Printing off these badges before the show will allow you fast-track entry and allow you to start your networking as soon as you arrive!

Can I register at the event?

There will be opportunities to register at the event but we would recommend pre-registering. Registering before the event will allow you fast track entry into the exhibition, exclusive offers, discounted hotel rooms, latest show news and also exclusive content.

How much will it cost me?

Both the exhibition and conference are free-to-attend so will not cost you anything.

Do I have to book a conference session?

Conference sessions are on a first come first served basis. There are two conference theatres each with a large number of seats available so you should be able to attend the conference of your choice.

Is there a limit on the amount of conference sessions I attend?

There is no limit on this, you are able to attend as many sessions as you like. It may be a good idea to know which of these you would like to attend before the event. You can find the full conference agenda here. This will also be in your free event guide.

Will language be an issue?

The conferences will be held in Mandarin and English.

By registering for the event now, you will receive exclusive news and access for all things Intermodal! The website is also updated daily with the latest event news and the online newsletter will let you know any exhbitor news, conference news or show news.
