ROTTERDAM LOGISTICS FORUM
A hosted forum focusing on increasing and optimising Intermodal Transport through IT. Topics discussed included:
- Increasing efficiency in intermodal transport through match-making.
- Optimising logistic processes by using idle capacity on existing connections.
- How connecting data and transparency can improve intermodal hinterland transport in the Port of Rotterdam.
International Trans-Caspian Transport Consortium Forum
A dedicated forum focused on development and perspectives of the new Silk Road which offers rail freight connection through territories of China, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and Black Sea region and Europe.
CONTAINER TRADERS AND INNOVATORS ASSOCIATION (CTIA) LAUNCH
2017 will see the launch of a new organisation for companies involved in container re-sale, conversion and innovation: the Container Traders and Innovators Association (CTIA). The CTIA hosted a conference session introducing the association.

REPLACEMENT OF FLOORBOARDS IN DEPOTS FORUM
Replacement floorboards used by depots are not always of the same quality as those used in new containers. This programme is seeking partners to work together with major depots in North Europe to explore the possibility of setting up a programme to check the quality of replacement floorboards being used.
