Intermodal Europe is a B2B exhibition for the container shipping and intermodal transport sectors. It brings together an array of leading suppliers from across the globe to meet with thousands of senior-level professionals from a myriad of sectors including shippers, ports and terminals, technology providers, shipping agents, shipping lines, and providers of logistics services. Senior buyers want to discover the latest technologies, products, services, and solutions.

Intermodal Europe also hosts an educational conference programme where expert-led conversations deliver unmissable thought leadership, actionable insights, and practical advice for tackling today's and tomorrow's challenges.

With the first event taking place back in 1975, Intermodal Europe has showcased industry excellence and the latest, innovative solutions for nearly 50 years.

Intermodal Europe 2023 will take place Tuesday 10 October – Thursday 12 October at the RAI Amsterdam (Entrance F, Hall 8).

Registration for Intermodal Europe 2023 is now open.

Nothing! Intermodal Europe is free for trade visitors to attend.

Registration for Intermodal Europe 2023 will be open in June.

Once you have registered to attend Intermodal Europe 2023, you will be issued with a Unique Registration Key (this will be sent to you on the confirmation email upon registration).

Please note that Intermodal Events does not provide visas and that you must apply through the relevant embassy.

The RAI Amsterdam aims to be fully user-friendly for all visitors with access needs.

The RAI has special facilities to receive visitors with reduced mobility or disabilities, to make your visit as easy as possible. The venue is fully accessible for guests using a wheelchair, with spacious aisles on the show floor. Lifts and disability restrooms are also available.

If you have an official European parking card for the disabled (GPK), you can use specially dedicated parking spaces which are located close to the exits of the building.

Whether you’re looking to grab a quick bite, cup of coffee or enjoy a more relaxed meal, there are plenty of options available at the RAI Amsterdam.

In addition to catering options available on the show floor, the RAI Amsterdam has six permanent restaurants.

On the Intermodal Europe show floor you will find the Recharge Zone, providing a convenient service for you to recharge your electronic devices, while you network with attendees or simply relax and recharge yourself!

The RAI Amsterdam is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. At Entrance C and K you will find the ATMs of ABN AMRO Bank and ING bank for cash.

The RAI Business Centre is located at the Passage below the Elicium (accessible via Entrance D, please take the escalator down). The Business Centre offers a wide range of services such as:

·       copying, printing, binding

·       design

·       office supplies

The Business Centre is usually open during normal exhibition and conference open times.

There is a Prayer Room located at the RAI Amsterdam.

The Prayer Room has a washroom and two private cubicles where our guests, regardless of their faith, can pray or meditate in a peaceful environment.

The Prayer Room is always open and accessible via Entrance D at Level -1.

The two private cubicles can be closed from the inside for peace and privacy.
