Please note the Evening Networking Reception and App premium-level access are exclusively available to Executive Visitor Pass holders, Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Speakers.

Here's what you can look forward to:
Port of Rotterdam Tour
There will be a port visit on Monday 9th November.
This port visit has limited spaces and a separate registration is required to your event registration.
Executive Visitors, Exhibitors, Speakers and Sponsors are all eligible to register, but places are not guaranteed.
(Please bear in mind that you need to be registered for Intermodal Europe 2026 as one of the above pass types in order to be considered for the attendee list – if successful you will receive a confirmation email.)
Tour Itinerary:
13.00 - 13.30: Port Tour registration desk opens at Rotterdam Ahoy (In the Registration Area between Hall 1 and Hall 2)
13.30: Bus departs from Ahoy
14.30: Bus arrival at Maasvlakte II
14.30 - 15.30: Tour of the terminal
- The bus will drive along the barge quay where you will be able to see the deep-sea cranes.
- Bus will proceed to pass by the automated area where the LAGVs move containers. You will be able to see rail and truck processes
15.30: Bus departs to Rotterdam Ahoy
16.30: Bus arrives to Rotterdam Ahoy
